West Winchet is a Victorian house set in peaceful parkland with superb views.
It is an ideal base to explore the towns, villages, great houses and gardens of Kent. Sissinghurst, Scotney, Hever, Penshurst, Knole, Pashley Manor, Marle Place and Leeds Castle are just a few of the 'must see' properties that are only a short drive away.
If you like shopping then Tunbridge Wells, a 20 minute car drive is ideal and London is about 55 minutes by train.
To provide you with the energy for all this exploring and shopping we offer a substantial Breakfast with a full choice of: Greek yoghurt, fresh local fruit according to season, compôte of dried or summer fruits in season, fresh grapefruit or melon and a wide choice of cereals.
Eggs cooked any way you wish, bacon, sausage, tomatoes, mushrooms all from local farms and fried bread.
Freshly baked croissants, rolls, brioches, white and brown bread served with home made marmalade, jams and locally produced honey.
All washed down with your choice of coffee including decaffeinated, chocolate and various teas.
We offer the choice of a twin bedded room with en suite shower room or a double bedded room with en suite bathroom.
Both rooms are on the ground floor with views of the garden and have tea/coffee making facilities and colour televison. The twin room has french windows that open on to a terrace and the garden.
Prices, both rooms are £80 per night for the first two nights and £75 per night thereafter.
Single occupancy available at £55 per night.
Payment may be made by cash or cheque.
From May to September we are unable to offer 1 night stays at weekends.
